ਪੰਥਕ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਇਕ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸਰਬ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ "ਮਾਨਸ ਕੀ ਜਾਤ ਸਬੈ ਏਕੈ ਪਹਿਚਾਨਬੋ" ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। 

ਇਸ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਘਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨਾ ਹੈ। 

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਛ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠਿਆਂ ਗੈਬੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦਸ ਕੇ ਓਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ਕਟਵਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਜੋ ਕੰਮ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼  ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਆਮ ਲੋਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਖੰਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਚੁੰਗਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਫਸਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਰਸੇ ਅਪਣੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਦੇ ਨਿਆਰੇਪਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ।

ਸੰਸਥਾ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਵ-ਉਚ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਤ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡ-ਪਿੰਡ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ-ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਹੈ
